The W Group has extensive environmental investigative experience dating back to the mid-1980s when the Superfund program was in full swing. We have been involved in literally hundreds of environmental investigations throughout the country, mostly designed to determine how a given waste stream may have contributed to discovered contamination.

Experience:

• In one matter we were part of a team that help "re-construct" the sewer system of a large metropolitan area with the goal of learning the universe of likely contributors (or "potentially responsible parties") of PCB waste to the drainage basin.
• In another project, we assisted counsel develop the facts necessary to determine the owner/operator of a large Superfund dumpsite.
  
• In yet another case, we located the proverbial "smoking gun" in a memorandum authored in the 1950s that clearly stated the company was actively circumventing the instructions issued by the court and the regulatory body concerning the proper disposal of radioactive waste tailings.
