Experience:

  • For one large multi-national corporation, we developed evidence linking the sale of sophisticated technology components and packaging to an international “after market” ring with ties to Asia, Eastern Europe and the former USSR. Products were being illegally replicated in Asia, shipped to the US and distributed around the world.
  • For a multi-national manufacturer, we developed evidence that revealed how a seriously compromised distribution system allowed consumer products to be improperly diverted and sold below market value, impacting existing supply chain partners and licensing agreements.
  • In one case, we developed information exposing a fraudulent scheme by a top executive of US-based manufacturer and a Chinese contractor to substitute inferior components and misappropriate intellectual property.
